The plan will be <br />geographically speclf:le. In Phase 1 it will be <br />from Jefferson St. north to LaSalle and cast <br />to Hill St.; Phase will be Jefferson St. east <br />to the Tran po site and n.elghborhood. This <br />is a smaller target area than some of the <br />previous planning initiatives for the East <br />Bank. Others have been all the way east to <br />Eddy St. The plan will include a professional <br />planning f mi, yet to be identified, although <br />the proposal lists four potential planning <br />firs.
