CFH Landscaping <br />Services was the low bidder. Rede- <br />velopment's cost for 2007 is $27,866 for <br />maintenance and mowing of approximately <br />124 properties from April through <br />November 30. This is a significant reduction <br />from the cost of $32,423 in 2006 (a $4,557 <br />savings), although there are 39 additional <br />properties. Staff requests allocation of these <br />funds for maintenance of Redevelopment <br />owned properties. <br />Mr. Peczkowski asked what CFH <br />Landscaping's structure is---is it anon-profit, <br />is it a corporation? <br />Ms. Jennings believed it was anon-profit, <br />being part of the Center for the Homeless. <br />Mr. Inks agreed. <br />Mr. Peczkowski asked how she would <br />account for the decrease?
