Mr. <br />LaFollett responded that they plan to open in <br />July. <br />Mr. Downes asked how much experience the <br />team has running a restaurant. Mr. Wilson <br />noted that he has a lot of experience playing <br />in a jazz clubs. He and Mr. LaFollet have <br />extensive experience in financial and general <br />management. They are hiring a general <br />manager/kitchen manager and a bar manager <br />who are very experienced in their areas. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. King, seconded by <br />Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2313 <br />approving an application for real property tax <br />deduction for property located at 129 S. <br />Michigan St. in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. <br />C. South Bend Central Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Ground Lessor/Estoppel Certificate in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area. <br />Ms. Greene noted that this item was on the <br />Commission agenda intended for the <br />February 2 meeting which was canceled for <br />lack of a quorum.
