Public Hearings <br />continue ... <br />A consolidated public hearing will be held <br />following the staff presentations as noted <br />above. <br />(7) Public Hearing on Resolution No. 2300, a <br />Supplemental Appropriation Resolution of <br />the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission. (AEDA, Airport Economic <br />Development Area Allocation Area No. l) <br />Mr. Inks noted that the public hearing file for <br />Resolution No. 2300 is complete. It contains <br />a copy of Resolution No. 2289, a copy of <br />Resolution No. 2300, a copy of the Notice of <br />Hearing on Resolution No. 2300, and <br />affidavits from the South Bend Tribune and <br />Tri-County News stating that the Notice of <br />Hearing was published in those newspapers <br />on January 5, 2007. <br />Mr. Inks also noted that the allocation for the <br />Airport Economic Development Area <br />Allocation Area No. l Special Fund is <br />$14,000,000. <br />A consolidated public hearing will be held <br />following the staff presentations as noted <br />above. <br />(9) Public Hearing on Resolution No. 2301, a <br />Supplemental Appropriation Resolution of <br />the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission.
