Northeast Neighborhood Development Area <br />continue ... <br />Northeast Neighborhood Development Area, <br />expanding the allocation area for purposes of <br />tax increment financing and amending the <br />Development Plan for the Northeast <br />Neighborhood Development Area setting a <br />public hearing on Resolution No. 2312 for <br />10:00 a.m., February 16, 2007. <br />J. Douglas Road Economic Development Area <br />There was no business in the Douglas Road <br />Economic Development Area. <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mr. Inks noted that VUalmart opened on the South Side <br />with a lot of fanfare. He wanted to commend Bill <br />Schalliol for the tremendous job he has done on that <br />project and in all of the South Side development. Others <br />in the department have also been a part of the Walmart <br />project.
