South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting —June 28, 2011 <br />Bonds. The documents require the city to <br />Provide financial information to the trustee <br />on an annual basis. The Controllers office <br />has submitted the annual financial statements <br />of the city. The trustee also wants <br />certification that the city complied with all <br />that is required. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Certificate <br />regarding Annual Financial Information <br />Disclosure. <br />7. NEXT COMMISSION MEETING <br />The next meeting of the Redevelopment Commission is <br />scheduled for Tuesday, July 12, 2011, at 4:00 p.m. <br />9.
