South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting —June 28, 2011 <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the ratification of <br />service contracts. <br />I.
