4. 1 agree with the city's Comprehensive Plan to not only bring the city back to <br /> where it was originally and to make it a better place to live. My mother and I are <br /> strong believers in this vision,my mother has lived in the same house for almost <br /> 40 years and has worked in her current position for over 30 years and has invested <br /> her hard earned money into this community.
