i <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br /> BEND, INDIANA APPROPRIATING $ 1,000,000 FOR CAPITAL INVESTMENT <br /> IN THE MIRACLE PARK IN 2011 <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br /> A project pertaining to economic development, community development, and <br /> structural improvement has been identified of interest and benefit to the City of South <br /> Bend. This is the Miracle Park planning, property, acquisition and infrastructure <br /> improvements. <br /> It is necessary to appropriate the funds to make this capital investment <br /> expenditure. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA as follows: <br /> Section 1. The sum of$1,000,000.00 is hereby appropriated and set aside within <br /> EDIT Fund#408 for purposes of investment in Miracle Park. <br /> Section II.
