ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br /> BEND, INDIANA APPROPRIATING $ 1,200,000 FOR CAPITAL INVESTMENT <br /> IN THE POTAWATOMI CONSERVATORY IN 2011 <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br /> A project pertaining to economic development, community development, and <br /> structural improvement has been identified of interest and benefit to the City of South <br /> Bend, This is the Potawatomi Conservatory renovation and rehabilitation. <br /> It is necessary to appropriate the funds to make this capital investment <br /> expenditure. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA as follows: <br /> Section I. The sum of$1,200,000.00 is hereby appropriated and set aside within <br /> COIT Fund#404 for purposes of investment in the Potawatomi Conservatory. <br /> Section II.
