Upon Council approval of the proposed additional street paving appropriation, the total street paving <br /> investment in fiscal 2011 of$2.85 million compares to the 2010 street paving investment of$2.7 million. <br /> Traffic Signal Installation - request for infrastructure investment of $0.150 million to allow for the <br /> installation of a new traffic signal at the intersection of Western Avenue and Laurel Street.
