Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council <br />.2007 South Bend Common Council <br />The September 20, 2007 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council <br />was called to order by Council President Timothy A. Rouse at 5:07 p.m. in the <br />Council's Informal Meeting Room. <br />Persons in attendance included Council Members Pfeifer, Varner, Kuspa, Rouse, <br />and White; Mayor Stephen Luecke, Patrick McMahon and Kathleen Cekanski- <br />Farrand, Counci! Attorney. <br />Council President Rouse noted that the Executive Session was called far the <br />purpose of interviewing with industrial or commercial prospects pursuant to <br />Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b){4) (copy attached). <br />This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session <br />was that contained in the September 18, 2007 "Notice of Executive Session" <br />which was duly posted and called pursuant to Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5- <br />6.1{b)(2)(B), which addresses interviewing with industrial ar commercial <br />prospects pursuant to Indiana Code ~ 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b){4). <br />Council President Rouse adjourned the Executive Session at 5:35 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />~~ <br />v~,~ '~ i _~._ <br />Timothy A. o e <br />Council Pr ~ dent <br />Attachment <br />
