He <br /> noted the Board has received letters of opposition from the proprietors of The Mark, Five Guys, <br /> Jamba Juice, Hot Box Pizza, Camelia's, Kite Realty, O'Rourke's, Hammes Bookstore, and the <br /> University of Notre Dame Business Operations Office. Mr. AIfredo Alvarado, Kite Realty, was <br /> present and stated he had nothing further to add. Mr. Gilot noted his statements made at the <br /> previous Public Agenda Session would be on the record as opposed to this request. Mr. Inks <br /> stated there was a lot of conversation at that meeting and no resolution. He requested the Board <br /> table the issue for further research into the matter. Ms. Greene stated she had a slight update on <br /> this matter. She noted she received a copy on Friday from Senator John Broden's office of the <br />
