NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING PROPOSED <br />SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION RESOLUTIONS <br />OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT <br />The taxpayers of the South Bend Redevelopment District, which Redevelopment District is a special taxing district <br />including all the territory in the City of South Bend, Indiana, are hereby notified that the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission (the "Commission ") did on June 28, 2011 adopt Resolution No. 2906 determining its intent to use funds <br />that have been paid into the allocation funds and in the amounts set forth below for local public improvements in or <br />serving their respective allocation areas: <br />Allocation Area and Fund Resolution No. Not -to- Exceed <br />West Washington Development Area, Allocation Resolution No. 2907 $730,000 <br />Area No. 1 Fund <br />The taxpayers of the South Bend Redevelopment District are further notified that the Commission will hold <br />a public hearing at 4:00 p.m. (local time), on Tuesday, July 26, 2011, at 1308 County-City Building, 227 West <br />Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana, on said appropriation of funds from the Allocation Fund heretofore <br />authorized by the Commission. The appropriations are set forth in more detail in their respective resolutions which <br />are on file and available for inspection at the office of the Commission, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, Suite 1200, <br />South Bend, Indiana 46601. <br />At said public hearing all persons shall have the right to appear and be heard on the necessity of said appropriation, <br />which appropriation, if made, will be forwarded to the State Board of Tax Commissioners for review to ensure the <br />availability of funds. <br />SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />Marcia I.
