The purpose of the Amendment is to approve the Project Close -out Proposal for Planning Services, Survey Services and Engineering Services related to the Hutsfield Square subdivision project. The original proposal was approved on May 21, 2010, to hire Danch, Harner and Associates, Inc., to prepare design and construction plans for the realignment and construction of new roadways related to the Hutsfield Square subdivision project at the northeast corner of Mayflower and Cleveland Road. The plan was amendment with Supplement #1 on February 28, 2011, to expand the scope of the contract. The total amount of this project close -out proposal is $51,550.00 bringing the total spent on predevelopment services for this project to $209,875.00. Staff requests approval of Resolution 2908 and the Amendment To The Addendum To The Master Agency Agreement for Mayflower Realignment and Improvement Project — Supplement #2.
