That alone builds strong morals and <br /> a good police neighbor relationship. This in turn makes the community safer. <br /> 2. Said Property has been present for years with minimal to no up keep. We will <br /> perform all repairs and get it occupied. Said property is a duplex, therefore it will <br /> not affect the adjacent areas or the apartment complex within the next block; as a <br /> result the property value will increase.
