<br /> maintained pursuant to this division, or who falsifies, tampers with, or renders
<br /> inaccurate any monitoring device or method required under this division, may be
<br /> assessed a civil penalty of not more than two thousand five hundred dollars
<br /> ($2,500.00).

<br /> will be required to file all reports as described in 40 CFR 403, which is
