(1) Building drain (sanitary). A building drain which conveys sanitary or <br /> industrial sewage only. <br /> (2) Building drain (storm). A building drain which conveys storm water <br /> or other clean water drainage, but not wastewater. <br /> � Building (or house) lateral sewer means the extension from the building drain <br /> to the sewage system or other place of disposal.
