M <br /> � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. �d O—I I <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br /> INDIANA,APPROPRIATING $215,000 FROM THE MORRIS PERFORMING ARTS <br /> CENTER IMPROVEMENT FUND (FUND 416) FOR THE RENOVATION AND <br /> RESTORATION OF WINDOWS,DOORS, RESTROOMS, EXTERIOR NORTH WALL, <br /> AND ARCHITECT & ENGINEERING FEES. <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br /> The Morris Performing Arts Center Improvement Fund (Fund 416) was established for <br /> the purpose of renovating, remodeling, or improving the facilities at the Morris Performing Arts <br /> Center. The Morris desires to make certain capital improvements to maintain the facilities in <br /> good working order and for the benefit of patrons and clients. The praposed capital expenditure <br /> of $215,000 is for the renovation and restoration of windows; doors; restrooms; the exterior <br /> north wall; architect & engineering fees. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA as follows: <br /> Sectian I.
