RESOLU'FIQN 1�I0. 217-11 <br /> . <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE ST.JOSEPH CUUNTY AIZEA PLAN COIVIMISSION <br /> APPRO'VING A RESOLUTI�N OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMEN�` <br /> COMMISSION AMENDING TIiE DEVELOPMENT PLAAt F�R <br /> T�3�AIRPORT ECONOIVIIC DEVELOPIVIENT AREA <br /> AND ADDING ONE OR MORE PARCELS TO THE LIST aF PARCELS <br /> TQ BE ACQUIRED <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Joseph County Area PIan Commission (the "PIan <br /> Commission�'}, is tlie body charged with the dvty of developing a general plara af development <br /> for tl�e City of South Bend, Indiana(the"City"); and <br /> WHEREAS,the Sauth Bend Redevelopment Commission (the"Commission"), is <br /> the�;overning body of the South Bend Department of Redevelopment(the"Department"): and <br /> WHEREAS, on April 26, 2U11, the Commission approved and adopted its <br /> Resolution No.2871 enrtled"A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVEL�PMENT <br /> GOMMISSION AMENDING THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE AIRPORT <br /> ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREA AND ADDING ONE OR MORE PARCELS TO TI�E <br /> LIST OF PARCELS TO BE ACQUIRED" (the "Declaratory Resolution"), at�ached hereto as <br /> Exhibit A; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Declaratory Resolution amends the acquisition list contained in <br /> the Airport Economic Development Area Development Plan (the "PIan''� for the Airport <br /> Economic Development Area (the "Area"), identifies one or more parcels located within the <br /> Area as parcels necessary for the implementation of the Plan and adopts an amendment to the <br /> Plan(Exhibit A to the DecIaratory Resolution) (the"Plan Amendmerct"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the Commission has submitted the Declaratory Resolution ta the <br /> PIan Commission for ap�roval pursuant to the provisions of Indiana Code 36-7-14 (the "Act"); <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to the provisions to the Aet,the Plan Commission desires to <br /> issue its written ortler approving the Declaratory Resolution and the Plan, as amended by the <br /> Declaratory Resolution; <br /> NOW, THEKEFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Joseph County Area Plan <br /> Commission,as follows: <br /> 1. The Declaratory Resolufion and PIan, as amended by the DecIaratory <br /> Resolution, conform to the plan of development for the City. <br />
