©ecember 11, 2006 Personnel and Finance Committee Meeting Minutes <br />Page 3 <br />Bill No. 86-06 Increasin A ro nations and Decreasin A ro nations <br />Council Member Pfeifer called for a formal presentation an Bill No. 86-06. <br />The City Controller noted that one item addressed in the Bill is for Archives support, <br />noting the for two (2) years the county had not billed the City. An audit of the cable <br />franchise fees has resulted in an additional $133,OQ0 in fees. <br />Dr. Varner made a motion, seconded by Council Member Kuspa that Bill No. 86-08 be <br />recommended favorably to Council.
