November 13, 2006 Zoning and Annexation Committee Meeting Minutes <br />Page 2 <br />Council Member Dieter made a motion, seconded by Citizen Member Talley that Bill No. <br />06-110 be sent to the Council without recommendation in Eight of the petitioner not being <br />present.
