The report concluded that the <br />petitioner meets the qualifications fora 5-year residential real property tax abatement <br />under Sections 2-77.1 addressing "Single Family Residential Construction Tax <br />Abatement" in the South Bend Municipal Code. <br />Jeanette Burdell stated that she and her husband are planning to construct their new <br />home on the northwest corner of Corby and Notre Dame Avenue. <br />Following discussion, Counci[ Member Kuspa made a motion, seconded by Council <br />Member Puzzello that Bill Na. 06-116 be recommended favorably to Council.
