October 23, 2006 Zoning and Annexation Committee Meeting Minutes <br />Page 3 <br />Citizen Member J, Edward Talley complimented the University of Notre Dame far the <br />street lights utilized on the project. He then made a motion, seconded by Council <br />Member White that Bill Nos. 06-108 and 49-d6 be recommended favorably to Council. <br />The motion passed. <br />The Council Attorney asked Mr. Hakanen to confirm in writing to the Office of the City <br />Clerk the maintenance issue of the median initially brought up by Council Member <br />Kirsits so that it could be formally resoled. <br />Miscellaneous Business: <br />Citizen Member J. Edward Talley noted that the O.J.
