He suggested as he has for the last two <br />years, the adoption of a permit procedure far those wishing to park in yards supported by <br />a stiff ticketing process. <br />In all Kuspa counted 6 indicated support and 13 in attendance against substitute Bill 46- <br />06. <br />During the Council portion Councilmember Puzzello described her "special exception" <br />approach followed by questions and comments from Couneilrnember's Varner, Kelly, <br />Kirsits and Rouse. <br />Given the division on the Council yet recognizing everyone's desire to do something <br />Councilmember Kuspa called upon President Rouse who articulated his support far the <br />spirit of the bill while recognizing apparent inadequacies that needed more work.. <br />Without resolution Councilmember Kuspa adjourned the meeting at 7:05 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />~~ ~~~ <br />Ervin Kuspa, Chairperson <br />Zoning & Annexation Committee <br />
