August 14, 2006 Utilities Committee Meeting <br />Page 3 <br />No one from the public spoke in favor or in opposition to the Bill. <br />In response to a question from Dr. Varner, Dr. Dillon stated that it was an <br />oversight not to budget this amount earlier. <br />Council Member Puzzello made a motion, seconded by Council Member Kuspa <br />that Bill No. 45-06 be recommended favorably to Council.
