July 24, 2006 Health and Public Safety Committee Meeting <br />Page 2 <br />Under miscellaneous business, Dr. Varner inquired about the proposed training <br />site. Chief Taylor stated that he would prefer a separate meeting to address this <br />topic. <br />Council President Rouse noted that the Council Attorney has brought to his <br />attention and Council Member White's that the amount of penalties which may be <br />collected by the ordinance Violations Bureau has been raised from $'l44 to $254 <br />effective July BSc <br />The Councii Attorney stated that she has briefly discussed this matter with <br />Councii Member White and suggested that current penalty provisions be <br />reviewed.
