Councilmember Pfeifer asked whether Saturday morning budget hearings with <br />departzx~ent heads would be more productive and also increase chances for the public to <br />participate, than weekday afternoon or evenings. <br />Catherine Fanello advised the City would not be ready for reviews until early August. <br />She also proposed the use of C.D. laptops to review departmental budgets. <br />Councilmember Pfeifer said she will check with everyone and hopefully assign a <br />beginning of the hearings. <br />Council Member Pfeifer then adjourned the meeting at 3:59 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Councilmember Charlotte D.
