15. No amendment, modification or alteration of the terms of this Master Agency <br />Agreement shall be binding unless duly executed by the parties hereto in writing, dated subsequent <br />to the date hereof. <br />16. Each Addendum shall be authorized by each party hereto, shall be executed by the <br />parties and shall be attached to this Master Agency Agreement and become a part hereof. <br />(Signature Page Follows) <br />
