Attached to the Addendum is a copy of the professional services proposal from Abonmarche to provide project oversight and inspection related to both the sewer and roadway construction projects. The Mayflower /Hutsfield Square Infrastructure Project consists of two projects. The first is the Mayflower Boulevard Construction with a contract amount of $2,499,736.21. This work will include the construction of a new roadway, all related drainage and utility work, street lights and pedestrian trail. The work will also include a new traffic signal at Mayflower Boulevard and Cleveland Road. The second project is the Mayflower Sewer Construction with a contract amount of $1,868,743.50. This work will include the construction of a new sewer force line that will intercept sewage at the intersection of Mayflower and Brick and force the material to the Blackthorn Lift Station located on Nimtz Parkway. There will be additional sewer network configuration that will be part of this project that will free up capacity in the existing network on the northwest side of town. There is also a contract from Abonmarche to provide Project Oversight/Inspection in the amount of $86,740.00. The City will assign an inspector to this project but Abonmarche will serve as an additional inspector and be in the field to deal with project construction issues.
