Commission's Rights <br />The Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive <br />any formalities in bidding which are not mandatory requirements. <br />Execution of Contract <br />Upon award of the bid by the Commission, the successful Applicant shall enter into a <br />Contract for Sale of Land with the Commission for the purchase and development of said <br />property within 30 days of notice of acceptance.
