Assumptions • Buildings are accessible between lam and 8pm. • No special security restrictions or time restrictions will be in place. • The pricing includes an assigned Project Manager by Radiant Networks. • Pricing is good for 30 days from date on proposal. • Radiant Networks will bill the customer actual incurred costs plus a $1000 idle engineering fee for scheduled work cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled date. Pricing Summary The following is a summary of time based upon the defined Scope of Work as specified earlier in this document. Pricing Breakdown: Professional Services Downtown South Bend (12 Days) $1500 /Day $18,000 'This price includes time on -site as well as off site report preparation and project management. • Expenses are billed as actual based on current IRS rates including mileage, hotel and meals. Agreement Conditions Written acceptance of this Statement of Work constitutes agreement to the parameters of this project as outlined herein, and agreement to the following terms and conditions: Payment Schedule: The project will be invoiced upon completion. Terms: Net 30 Ownership All original, written deliverables that are created for the Customer by Radiant Networks assigned personnel during the course of this project shall become the property of the Customer upon their full payment to Radiant Networks for such deliverables.
