<br />We, the undersigned South Bend tax payers, respectfully request that the South Bend
<br />Redevelopment Commission reintroduce agenda item 6.c. (4) from the 5/24/11 agenda to
<br />the 6/14/11 agenda. This issue has been the source of on -going debate since 1996. Further
<br />debate will only lead to more adoptable animals being euthanized due to the significant
<br />space constraints at the current South Bend Animal Care and Control (SBACC) facility.
