4. I agree with the city's Comprehensive plan to not only bring the city back to <br />where it was originally and to make it a better place to live. My mother and l are <br />strong believers in this vision, my mother has lived in the same house for almost <br />40 years and has worked in her current position for over 30 years and has invested <br />her hard earned money into this community.
