RESOLUTION NO. 2839 L, A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION ESTABLISHING AN ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD FOR IGNITION PARK WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission (the "Commission "), governing body of the Department of Redevelopment (the "Department ") of the City of South Bend, Indiana (the "City ") and the Redevelopment District of the City (the 'Redevelopment District "), exists and operates under the provisions of the Redevelopment of Cities and Towns Act of and which has been codified in I.C. 36 -7 -14 et seq., as amended from time to time (the WHEREAS, the Commission owns approximately 84 acres in the City known as Ignition Park; and WHEREAS, on December 13, 2010, the Common Council of the City approved a Preliminary Plan for Ignition Park PUD Zoning Ordinance ( "PUD "); and WHEREAS, the PUD requires approval of the Ignition Park Architectural Review Board and the Executive Director of Area Plan Commission to establish any land use or development within the Ignition Park PUD; and WHEREAS, the PUD requires an Architectural Review Board ( "ARB ") to be established for Ignition Park; and WHEREAS, the PUD requires the ARB to include representation or appointment by the Common Council of the City; and WHEREAS, the Commission desires to establish the ARB for Ignition Park and to appoint members to the ARB. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission as follows: 1. The Commission hereby establishes the ARB for Ignition Park and specifies that the ARB shall consist of not more than five (5) members. 2.
