They nc3ted that the Clinic has heen in South. Bend for the past RCt years. <br />~C"hev wish to continue to provide duality medical services to tl~e cotna~~unity and wish to expand <br />their I~,ddy Street rr~airt ea~s~pus. 'l'l~ey have g9 physicians and SCI e~~ployees. 't'hey appreciate <br />the loyalty of their patients and are pleased to be ira a position to grow uTitl~ IC) new physicians <br />anticipated coirtir~g fro~~ otttstandir?g ~~edical schools. Whey are comrrtitted to South. Bend and <br />currently have over ~~,(l~ft patients. Demand for services is growing . Their proposed project <br />plates to: <br />1. Provide additional parking spaces for physicians; provide i~acreased ~~edical services <br />aaad coordinate at~d integrate care between a patient's prit~~a~y care cgc. specialty care, physician <br />?_ Gffer new anchor expanded diagnostic and treatt~ent services on site which are <br />accessible to patients which will i~~3pr€tve ease of access, convenie~~ce, speed, efficiency of care <br />and treatment <br />_~_ ~,xpand ec~pl.oymer~t and the prrrperty tax base in this part of the downtown which will <br />co~~plet~ent other businesses anal the Neighborhood <br />~. ~:nhance their objective of offering one-stop shopping for all. outpatie~~.t needs. <br />T heir proposed project will include an 85,Q€l~ square foot expar~si©~~ in a ~-ste~ry building which <br />will bring the toial occupied space to 1 ~S,tJO~ scloare feet.
