Luecke <br /> Mayor, City of South Bend, Indiana <br />Councilmember Kuspa, Chairperson, Zoning & Annexation Committee, reported that this <br />Committee met this afternoon and it was the consensus of the Committee to send this bill <br />to the full Council with a favorable recommendation. <br />th <br />Mr. Larry Magliozzi, Assistant Director, Community and Economic Development, 12 <br />Floor County-City Building, South Bend, Indiana, made the presentation for this <br />Resolution. <br />Mr. Magliozzi advised that this bill proposes to voluntarily annex contiguous territory in <br />German Township to the City of South Bend. The written plan and policy provides <br />provision of services, both capital and non-capital in nature, to the territory to be <br />annexed. The annexation is a 274.89 acre parcel on both the west and east sides of the St. <br /> <br />
