APPENDIX "B" <br />INFORMATION AND SERVICES TO BE FURNISHED BY OWNER <br />OWNER shall do the following in a timely manner so as not to delay the services of the <br />ENGINEER: <br />1. .Designate in writing a person to act, as OWNER's representative with respect to <br />the services to be rendered under this Agreement. Such person shall have <br />complete authority to transmit instructions, receive information, interpret and <br />define OWNER's policies and decisions with respect to the ENGINEER's <br />services for the Project. <br />2. Provide all criteria and full information as to OWNER's requirements for the <br />Project, including design objectives and constraints, space, capacity and <br />performance requirements, flexibility and expandability, and any budgetary <br />limitations. <br />3. <br />Furnish all specifications and standard drawings applicable to the project and all <br />criteria for design and details including, but not limited to, signage, lighting, <br />highways, structures, grades, curves, sight distances, clear zones, clearances <br />and design loadings. <br />- 4. .. <br />Assist the ENGINEER by placing at ENGINEER's d;sposa -ali available":-- <br />information pertinent to the Project including, but not limited to, the following: <br />a. Previous reports and any other data relative to design or construction of <br />• <br />the project. <br />b. Available data from the transportation planning process. <br />C. Utility plans available to the OWNER. <br />5. <br />Furnish to ENGINEER, as required for performance of ENGINEER's Basic <br />Services (except to the extent provided otherwise in Appendix "A ") the following: <br />a. Data prepared by or services of others and appropriate professional <br />interpretations of such. <br />b. All written views pertinent to the location and environmental studies that <br />are received by the OWNER. <br />C. Existing ambient air quality data available from State and Local Air <br />Pollution Control Agency. <br />d. Existing water quality data. <br />6. <br />Arrange for access to and make all provisions for ENGINEER and /or <br />Subcontractors to enter upon public and private property as required to perform <br />services under this Agreement. <br />7. <br />Furnish approvals and necessary permits from all governmental authorities <br />having jurisdiction over the Project and such approvals and consents from others <br />as may be necessary for completion of the Project. Permit fees shall be paid by <br />OWNER at time of submission of said applications. <br />8. <br />Examine all studies, reports, sketches, drawings, specifications, proposals and <br />other documents presented by ENGINEER, obtain advice of attorney, insurance <br />counselor and other consultants as OWNER deems appropriate for such <br />examination and render in writing decisions pertaining thereto within a <br />reasonable time so as not to delay the services of ENGINEER. <br />9. <br />Furnish all legal services as may be required for the development of the project. <br />1 of 2 <br />Appendix "B" <br />
