Exhibit "A" <br />Bid Specifications for Demolitions and Street and Parking Upgrades Project <br />Project: Development of Bid Specifications for Demolitions and Street and Parking <br />Lot Upgrades <br />Project Description: <br />Development of Bid Specifications for the following: <br />1) Demolition of two houses, 1508 S Taylor and 525 W Indiana Ave <br />2) Corner of Jefferson / Main: take out the large approach on the south side of Jefferson, <br />new curb with parking spaces; repave and stripe the daily parking lot, new lighting; misc <br />landscaping. <br />3) Redesign into a unified parking area, the misc. parking lots west of "IT, on the <br />south side of Jefferson. <br />4) New curb / sidewalk / tree lawns / remove unneeded approaches along the parking lots <br />mentioned in # 3. <br />5) New curb / sidewalk / tree lawns / remove unneeded approaches along Franklin St <br />between Washington and Jefferson. <br />6) Misc curb / sidewalk work along William St. <br />Scope of Work: The Board of Public Works, acting on behalf of the <br />Redevelopment Commission per the proposed Agency Agreement, will develop <br />bid specifications for the projects listed above. The Board of Public Works will <br />consult with representatives of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission for <br />approval of bidding specifications. <br />
