Per <br />our original agreement dated July 23, 2007, we had developed up to 20% design plans, prior to the project <br />being placed on hold. Based on the coordination with City and Memorial Hospital, we are requesting the <br />following revisions to the Agreement: <br />41. Items as described in the agreement and shown in Figure 2. <br />2. Exhibit 1 is switched to show 2010 rates instead of 2007 . rates. <br />We hope that this Supplemental Agreement meets with your approval and acceptance.
