It is estimated that the cost of acquiring the property being added to the Property Acquisition List is Fifteen Million Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($15,400,000.00). 7. The proposed amendment to the Development Plan is in all respects approved. 8. a. The maps and plats of the Airport Economic Development Area, showing the boundaries, the location of the various parcels of property, streets, alleys and other features affecting the acquisition, clearance, replatting, replanning, rezoning or redevelopment of the Area, that are to be devoted to public ways, levees, sewerage, parks, playgrounds and other public purposes under the Plan, which maps and plats were previously adopted by the Commission, are hereby confirmed by the Commission. b. The legal description defining the Airport Economic Development Area is restated and confirmed as contained in Exhibit B, attached hereto. 9. This Resolution constitutes final action pursuant to Indiana Code 36- 7- 14 -17(d) by the Commission determining the public utility and benefit of the proposed project and confirming the Declaratory Resolution. 10. The Secretary is directed to record this Resolution pursuant to the requirements of Indiana Code 36- 7- 14- 17(d). 11. The Secretary is hereby directed to file a certified copy of said Development Plan, as amended, with the minutes of this meeting. 12. The Secretary is hereby further directed to record this Resolution with the office of the St. Joseph County Recorder. 13. All other findings, determinations and conclusions in Resolution No. 919, as amended, shall remain as stated therein. 14. All orders or resolutions inconsistent with this Resolution are hereby rescinded, revoked and repealed to the extent such resolutions are inconsistent with this Resolution. 15. The United States of America is hereby assured of full compliance by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission with regulations of the Department of Housing and Urban Development effectuating Title VI of the Civil Rights act of 1964, as amended. 16. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect after its adoption by the Commission. r
