EXECUTIVE SESSION MAY 12, 2011 172 <br /> The Board of Public Works met in an Executive Session on Thursday, May 12, 2011, at <br /> 9:35 a.m. The meeting was held in the office of the Director of Public Works, 13th Floor, <br /> County-City Building, 227 W. Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana, for the purpose of <br /> discussing pending litigation as specified in I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B). Board President <br /> Gary A, Gilot and Board Members Donald E. Inks and Carl P. Littrell were present. Also <br /> present were Attorneys Cheryl Greene and Larry Meteiver.
