Sec. 13-44-f 96. Penalties and confiscation of firearms. <br /> (a) Any person found- intentionally displaying a firearm in violation of this division <br /> Article shall be issued an ordinance violation citation with a fine of up to fifty dollars ($50.00) <br /> two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) fines for all subsequent vielations. Citations shall <br /> contain the date, time, name, and address of the violator, the Code section violated, the nature of <br /> the violation, location of the violation, and the name of the person issuing the citation. The <br /> citation shall have instructions thereon as to the disposition of the citation. <br /> (b) Any firearm found displayed in violation of this Divisio Article shal-1 may be <br /> seized and cenfiscated held for evidence.
