• <br />U <br />F.Yhihit "A"' <br />Mayflower Road Trunk Sanitary Sewer Project — Design Phase <br />Project: Mayflower Road Trunk Sanitary Sewer Project — Design Phase <br />Description: The overall project will consist of the extension of sanitary sewer service <br />from the Nimitz Parkway lift station through the Blackthorn Development to the Indiana <br />Toll Road, crossing the Indiana Toll Road to Mayflower Road, and in the Mayflower <br />Road right -of -way to the Portage Prairie Development, just south of Adams Road. The <br />project will likely involve approximately 11,500 linear feet of new sanitary sewer system, <br />which will include two (2) lift stations, forcemain, gravity main and sewer leads. The <br />project will be designed in accordance with the "Mayflower Road Trunk Sanitary Sewer <br />Study prepared by Abonmarche Consultants of Indiana, LLC, dated March, 2009. The <br />Design Phase shall consist of the following Tasks: <br />Task #l: <br />Field Survey <br />Task #2; <br />Design Development <br />Task #3: <br />Geotechnical Investigation <br />Task #4: <br />Final Design <br />Task #5: <br />Right -of -Way Engineering <br />Task #6: <br />Bid Period Services <br />Task #7: <br />Construction Period Services <br />Budget: The Design Phase budget shall not exceed Three Hundred Thousand Dollars <br />($300,000.00). Money for the Design Phase comes from the Airport Economic <br />Development Area TIF. <br />Proposed Schedule: <br />Task #1: Field Survey <br />Task #2: Design Development <br />Task #3: Geotechnical Investigation <br />Completion Date <br />60 days after Notice to Proceed <br />120 days after Notice to Proceed <br />60 days after Preliminary Plan <br />submission to the City <br />Task #4: Final Design 75 days after City review of the <br />0 Preliminary Plans <br />
