REGULAR MEETING AUGUST 28, 2006 <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />BILL NO. 46-06 PUBLIC HEARING ON A BILL OF THE <br /> COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br /> BEND, INDIANA, AMENDING CHAPTER 21 <br /> OF THE SOUTH BEND MUNICIPAL CODE, <br /> ARTICLE 2, RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS AND <br /> ARTICLE 7, GENERAL REGULATIONS TO <br /> CLARIFY PARKING IN RESIDENTIAL <br /> ZONING <br />Councilmember Kuspa, Chairperson, Zoning & Annexation Committee, reported that this <br />Committee met this afternoon and the petitioner asked for the bill to be continued until <br />the September 25, 2006 meeting of the Council. <br />Councilmember Puzzello made a motion to continue this bill until the September 25, <br />2006 meeting of the Council and refer it back to the Zoning & Annexation Committee. <br />Councilmember Varner seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote of nine (9) <br />ayes. <br />RISE AND REPORT <br />Councilmember Dieter made a motion to rise and report to the full Council. <br />Councilmember Varner seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote of nine (9) <br />ayes. <br />ATTEST: ATTEST: <br />__________________________ ________________________ <br />John Voorde, City Clerk Karen L.
