<br />Dear Mr. Schallioi:
<br />Lawson - Fisher Associates P.C. (LFA) is pleased to submit this proposal to
<br />provide Professional Engineering Services to the City of South Bend (City) for the Main
<br />Street to Lafayette Boulevard Connector, Roundabout and Street Improvements.
<br />The proposal includes the following documents:
<br />i Contract Services Agreement, Attachment "A"
<br />t Scope of Design Services, Attachment "B"
<br />t Manhour Justification, Attachment "C"
<br />Project Schedule, Attachment "D"
<br />Project Construction Stages Map, Attachment "E"
<br />I Land Acquisition Map, Attachment "F"
<br />The proposal was prepared on the basis of your approval of the Preliminary
<br />Design Report and direction received in early March, 2010 and our meeting on July 12,
<br />2010.
<br />Anticipating a September, 2010 Notice to Proceed, we foresee completing the
<br />Design within the Schedule Attachment "D ".
<br />We propose this Scope of Services be performed on an hourly basis for a
<br />budgetary fee of $436,000. Payments to LFA will be in accordance with Attachment "A ".
<br />If you would like to include the Project Enhancement, we will generate a revised Scope
<br />of Services and agreement for your approval.
