REGULAR MEETING MAY 22, 2006
Councilmember Pfeifer, Chairperson, Personnel and Finance Committee, reported that
this committee held a Public Hearing on this bill this afternoon and voted to send it to the
full Council with a favorable recommendation.
th
Mr. Jeff Jankowski, Deputy City Attorney, 14 Floor County-City Building, South Bend,
Indiana made the presentation for this bill.
Mr. Jankowski advised that this bill appoints a negotiator for the 2006 Teamster
negotiations.
