West Washington-Chapin Development Area <br /> (1) Resolution No. 2860 amending the <br /> Development Plan for the West <br /> Washington-Chapin Development Area <br /> and adding one or more parcels to the List <br /> of Parcels to be Acquired (803 West <br /> Washington St.) <br /> Mr. Relos noted that on March 22, 2011, the <br /> Commission authorized staff to conduct <br /> surveys and investigations, and to thoroughly <br /> study the West Washington Chapin <br /> Development Area (WWCDA). The process <br /> included the gathering of information on the <br /> parcel to be added, and an estimation of costs <br /> associated with its acquisition and <br /> redevelopment. <br /> 22 <br />
