(1) Building drain (sanitary). A building drain which conveys sanitary or <br />industrial sewage only. <br />(2) Building drain (storm). A building drain which conveys storm water <br />or other clean water drainage, but not wastewater. <br />Q Building (or house) lateral sewer means the extension from the building drain <br />to the sewage system or other place of disposal.
