Bring your friends and family and celebrate <br /> summer with ice cream, popcorn, music, puppeteers, balloon artists, chalk on the <br /> walk, face painting, and more! <br /> Fun by the Fountain is sponsored by Historic Preservation Commission of <br /> South Bend & St. Joseph County, City of South Bend, Morris Performing Arts <br /> Center, Downtown South Bend, Inc., and U93. It is part of South Bend City <br /> Celebration 2007, a yearlong festival of events and programs held on the 29th of <br /> every month to showcase all that our community has to enjoy. Locales include the <br /> Pierre Navarre Cabin at Leeper Park, the Muessel-Ellison & Ella Morris <br /> Greenhouse & Conservatories, Howard Park Ice Rink, St. Joseph Co. Public <br /> Library, the College Football Hall of Fame, Northern Indiana Center for History, <br /> South Bend Regional Museum of Art, Studebaker National Museum, City <br /> Cemetery, Coveleski Stadium, and the Jon Hunt Plaza (in front of the Morris <br /> Performing Arts Center).
